About Coach Crys

I am a proud Georgia native hailing from College Park. I became a Christian Life & Business Coach in 2018 after petitioning to the Lord to make His vision for my life unequivocally clear. I also received my certification as a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Currently, I specialize in corrective training for Seniors, Women, and those with functional limitations from being deconditioned due to inactivity or prior injuries. Outside of my business ventures, I enjoy spending time with the Lord in His word, hanging out with friends/family, working out, reading, writing, shopping, live music, traveling, interior design and volunteering.

Since childhood, my faith and love for the Lord has always been very important to me. As I entered adulthood, that would become the defining cornerstone of my very existence as it established how I would navigate the successes and challenges of life. I had the distinct honor and privilege to serve my country in the United States Air Force where I earned six (6) degrees (3x Associates, 1x Bachelors and 2x Masters), numerous certifications and awards.

 

Given my "unique attunement" to the needs of others, I witnessed the Holy Spirit boldly grace me to support them while bestowing unexplainable provision to do so--despite the seemingly unfavorable odds and/or circumstances presented at times. I selflessly devoted my entire life to our mission and after 20+ years, I retired in 2024 as an E-8/Senior Master Sergeant. During that time, I saw my God-given talents, gifts and purpose be revealed through my passion for equity, advocacy, and coaching which I used to propel others into greatness.

 

Although my career, positions and titles may have changed, the same servant leadership still exists within me. It is with great pleasure and excitement that in my continued journey in becoming all of what God has created me to be that I get to share the life skills acquired and wisdom He has given me with others. This will be paired with a fresh perspective from the unwavering, irrefutable word of God to support men and women around the world in accomplishing their dreams. Remember, we can do ALL things through Christ that strengthens us and I look forward to helping you unlock your full, unrealized potential!
