In this agreement term "Transformation Central LLC” also applies to Transformation Central LLC, online and in-person.

The TOU addressed here governs the use of any of the websites, online, and in-person services offered collectively by www.transformationcentral.life or individually by Transformation Central LLC, online and in-person applications.

There may be times when Transformation Central LLC invites a Third Party to offer services on/at Transformation Central LLC, albeit online or in-person and that Third Party is governed by the TOU expressed herein. If you rely on any of the information provided by this Site, Transformation Central LLC employees, guests or visitors, you do so solely at your own risk.

That any nutritional content, support and/or recommendations provided is suitable for you. Food allergies, special dietary needs and specific guidance on nutrition should always be discussed with your Physician, a medical professional or Dietician as it is your sole responsibility.

Member Sign-Up, Registration and User Passwords:

You are responsible for the safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your Membership and for restricting access to your electronic devices so that others may not access any information that may be password protected via Transformation Central LLC websites, online applications, or in-person services. You are not allowed to share your login information in whole or in part. If you register with us, you agree to accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your Membership, whether or not you have authorized the activity. Transformation Central LLC websites, online applications, or in-person services can be a wonderful platform to provide community designed to support members and allow positive communication/encouragement between members and the Transformation Central Team.
The is a public forum and anything you post is public information (including your username) and can be seen by anyone online, whether or not they are a part of our community.

Your messages/posts in these community platforms can be shared on other forums, Transformation Central LLC Newsletters, Social Media Sites and Search Engines such as Google. Other members can take a screenshot and share your post. This is a public forum.

Transformation Central LLC will terminate a members account immediately for posting socially unacceptable messages and/or language that contain the following:

Harassment, hateful, racially offensive, vulgar, pornographic language, or anything that would hurt a minor in any way.
Impersonating another person, business or entity .
Advertising or promoting political parties. No political campaigning of any form is allowed .
Without written consent from Transformation Central LLC, you are not allowed to distribute, publish, or make available any unsolicited or unauthorized promotions, advertising or solicitations for funds, goods or services, including junk mail, spam, and chain letters.
ANY TYPE OF MATERIAL that infringes on a trademark, copyright or intellectual or proprietary right of any party in which you do not have the right to make available, without the permission of the owner of the trademark or copyright.
Uploading personal information, videos or pictures of another person without that persons permission.
Interfering or disrupting Transformation Central LLC that contain malicious code, viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer, network or the Sites;
Messages that lead to any criminal activity, criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Transformation Central LLC may remove any member created posts or content at any time for any reason without providing notice to the member.

All forums, message boards, interactive areas, etc. shall be used only for non-commercial purposes. You are solely liable for any material you upload or transmit to the discussion forums, message boards or interactive areas of this website.

Communications Between Members: You are responsible for any interaction with other members in Transformation Central LLC. Transformation Central LLC reserves the right to monitor disputes between you and any other member. Transformation Central LLC is not obligated to handle member disputes and will make that decision on a case by case basis. Negative disputes between members will cause the removal of those posts from the platform and the content will be reviewed and may cause permanent removal from Transformation Central LLC and your membership fees will be forfeit and a refund for the remainder of your subscription will not be provided.

Transformation Central LLC reserves the right at our sole discretion to remove, take down, destroy or delete any material and submissions at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to material and submissions, that we deem inappropriate or which we believe might subject us to any liability.

Payment/Billing Terms:

If you subscribed through Transformation Central LLC Website - www.transformationcentral.life

Annual Subscriptions: Your payment will auto-renew on your anniversary date. Yearly subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate and no refunds, partial refunds or credits are available. You may cancel your subscription any time and you will have access to Transformation Central LLC through the end of your billing period.

To avoid annual auto renew, members must cancel 7 days prior to your anniversary date. For Example, if you signed up January 1, 2025 cancel your subscription on December 17, 2025 to avoid annual auto-renew. Canceled Subscriptions: Your account will close at the end of your current billing period and any personal information that was stored in your account will be removed.

Insufficient Funds: Transformation Central LLC reserves the right to close your account if your billing method is declined. You can change your billing method, request cancellation, or request package upgrades by contacting support@transformationcentral.life.

Monthly Subscriptions:

Your credit card will be billed monthly. This is a monthly auto payment and the payment will process on your anniversary date. Your anniversary date is the day you joined Transformation Central LLC or an applicable day depending on the month. For Example, if you joined January 1, 2025 you will be billed February 1, 2025. Monthly Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Submit a cancellation request 7 days prior to your next monthly billing period to avoid the monthly auto payment. After you cancel your membership you will continue to have access to Transformation Central LLC through the end of your current monthly billing period and your auto payment will cease. Refunds, partial monthly refunds or credits are not available.

Canceled Subscriptions: Your account will close at the end of your current billing period and any personal information that was stored in your account will be removed.

Membership Cancelation: If you subscribed through Transformation Central LLC Website - www. www.transformationcentral.life

You are solely responsible for the cancellation of your subscription. Automatic payments will continue until you have successfully canceled your subscription.

Memberships/Subscriptions can be canceled two (2) ways:

Send an email to support@TransformationCentral.life include the email and alias/ username associated with your account. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address and username associated with the subscription you wish to cancel. Transformation Central LLC and its Employees are not responsible to locate your username and email address.
Go to www. www.transformationcentral.life click “Contact Us” at the bottom of the website and include the email address and alias/username associated with your account. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address and username associated with the subscription you wish to cancel. Transformation Central LLC and its Employees are not responsible to locate your username and email address. All cancelations must be received 7 days prior to your anniversary date or subscription renewal date. If you cancel your membership during a billing period you will not be entitled to a refunded for any portion of that billing period. Transformation Central LLC reserves the rights to collect any fees incurred before your cancellation takes effect. Cancellations will become effective at the end of the current billing period. Your membership/subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing period. All related files associated with your account will be deactivated.

Your subscription and auto payment will continue until your subscription is canceled by you in accordance with the cancellation section of this agreement. You will be responsible for ANY and ALL subscription fees until you cancel your subscription.

Even if you do not use or access Transformation Central LLC websites, online applications, or in-person, you are responsible for all subscription fees until you cancel your subscription. You alone are solely responsible for all subscription payments until you cancel your subscription. You may, at any time, request a cancellation and that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period (billing period) and you will not receive a refund.

Free Trial Period:

We may provide a free trial subscription for a fixed period of time, as determined by “Transformation Central LLC” in its sole discretion. Free trials are only available to new members and “Transformation Central LLC” has the right to cancel any trial subscription immediately if we become aware that the subscriber has already had a trial subscription on a different User Account or using a different email address. Furthermore, any attempts to register for a further free trial on the same User Account or using the same email address may result in you being charged for the applicable subscription fees.

Free Trial Billing Terms:

After the free trial period, your subscription will renew automatically at the subscription price offered at the time of registration unless you cancel the subscription 24-hours prior to the end of the free trial period. If you have subscribed for websites, online applications, or in-person services through an app store, the cancellation and refund of subscription fees will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability:

TRANSFORMATION CENTRAL LLC NOR ITS OWNER, VIDEOGRAPHER, PHOTOGRAPHER, EMPLOYEES, AND/OR THIRD PARTY PARTNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO (i) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES AND/OR THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE SITES AND/OR THE SERVICES; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT POSTED OR MADE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE ON THE SITES AND/OR THE SERVICES; (iv) ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES AND/OR SERVICES; (v) ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SITES AND/OR SERVICES; (vi) ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY LOSS OF ACCESS TO, DELETION OF, FAILURE TO STORE, FAILURE TO BACK UP, OR ALTERATION OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITES AND/OR SERVICES; OR (vii) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITES AND/OR THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TRANSFORMATION CENTRAL LLC OR ITS LICENSORS TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES,LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING ANY OF THE SITES AND/OR SERVICES.
